1.Topic
Download more than one topic and some cards will repeat. A broader topic already contains the narrower ones — Food and drink is the sum of Vegetables, Fruit and others — and on top of that, two-thirds of cards belong to several topics at once: radish is in both Vegetables and Garden, eggplantin both Vegetables and Cooking. That's not a bug — a radish really does belong in both, and a set that left it out because of that would be worse.

2.Level, at most
The topic is processed as a whole, so it holds both A1 and B2. The level you pick includes every level below it too— that's why the numbers on the tiles grow. What counts is the difficulty of the sense on the card, not of the whole word.

Print double-sided, flipping along the long edge. Cut along the grid on the front side; there is none on the back, because printers rarely line up both sides exactly and an extra line there would only show that mismatch.
